All appointments are booked online or by phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking — the amount is shown before you confirm, and it comes off your total on the day. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.

We ask for at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, late reschedules and no-shows forfeit the deposit. This covers the appointment time held for you that we can't fill at short notice.

Please arrive on time so you receive your full service. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, and if a service has a major problem you may choose a remedy, including a refund.

Beyond those rights, if you're not completely happy with your result, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a complimentary adjustment. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your appointment. We may decline or stop a service where we believe it could affect your health or safety.

We don't infill lash extensions applied elsewhere. Different studios use different adhesives and application methods, and they can react unpredictably with ours — risking irritation or eye infection. Book a removal and a fresh full set instead. You'll get a clean base and a result we can stand behind.

We collect your name, contact details and appointment history to manage bookings and send reminders. With your consent we may also send service updates, offers and review requests — you can opt out any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
