Booking Poicy
All appointments must be booked online through our website or by phone. A deposit of is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

No-shows will esult in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Refunds & Adjustments Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate.
